Yes, it should work once the site is up. And no, I have tried using it on GCA only.

Okay... I have GCA and Playcheat then tells me to update.
And OT(spare me):
Is there a way to make GCA entirely English? I notice than when I picked English on patcher, there are still plenty of Siamese characters.
EDIT: I patched the client wrong, kaya there was Siamese characters. It's fixed now, but I still can't use the trainer.

As the site is down. You can't use it on GCA as well. Couldn't use it for almost a day now.
EDIT: It is working for me now.
EDIT2: Re tried using it, it only seemed to work once and stopped working again.

I tried opening their website today but I got redirected to their FB page. New post says(courtesy of Google translate):

I've made a pvp focused trainer for gc history as the currently available trainers doesn't work in pvp unless you're the host. Only tested by two ppl including me both windows 10, so tell me it works/doesn't on other versions.
Instructions:
