Well I don't know what he did, but i'll just edit the script.kom to change all the values to 2.5, Brian may had edited the playertemp......

This is a working script.kom. For 1 hit KO all monsters (yellow line).
Credits go to Brian~ for the comparison for learning how to edit the KOM s.
To install, move the script.kom to your ".../Grand Chase/Stage" folder.
As always, back up your original script.kom.
