Second , you click the advertise on the trainer 2 time.
Third , you continue by click another advertise on it ( if u dont click the first advertise on it 2 time , it won' open another advertise )
Finally , choose open on trainer and open GC

Unluckily , it doesn't have sudden death =>> so it will take a litte time to pass or train level :|
