Hero Online Hellfire Bot

Welcome Folks!!
US Hellfire coding on hold (2020-02-09)

Bad News:
I have been away from the game for a while, due to medical issues, and have not had time to work on Hellfire often. I have been focusing on a version of Hellfire for the Korean servers, and have it running without problems. The US version is next, tho.

Good News:
The Korean version of Hellfire (JiogBul) now has it's own forum area.

This area is still for the US version, although I do not have a working update ready yet. I am still testing it, and have to do some grinding.

Currently, my free time is being spent helping getting the private server up and running. I have decided not to make a version for the private server. I like the original game play of the private server, reminds me of playing Hero back in 2005-2006.

Am testing out routines for Mining/Gathering/Deciphering/Fishing right now. Picklists and Hunting Aid integrated (Hellfire turns Hunting Aid on/off and uses most of its features)

The main features still left to get worked out are NPC buying/selling, smart point-to-point running, and a few other ideas I'm testing out.

Since I merged the Hunting Aid code into the bot, it can do that. On the Hunting Aid screen, uncheck the normal drop items and (maybe) the unique items and you're good to go.

at some point when grinding, the bot clicks itself and doesnt continue to grind..

When the bot is targetting a creature for too long, or no target found yet, the bot will select the player first then rechoosea new target.

The only conditions that I've found that causes the bot to not hunt are:
1. the Hero game is not active (selected),
2. the inventory is full AND no Charms on the skillbar(F1-0),
3. the keyboard is locked by Netgame or
4. a key has gotten stuck on the keyboard (mine does that occasionally). Normally, simply clicking OK twice restarts the bot

Something I found:
Occassionally I have noticed that some creatures can be targetted but you can't attack them immediately. I added the TRAINING option a while back to help correct that. What it does is if it finds a creature it won't attack, it will move to one side a couple of steps and try attacking again. For now, this is the main effect of the training option. The real use is that it is logging the ID of the creature causing this, so it will remember how to handle that creature in the future (auto-learning).
