Basically, this spot is near the lighthouse in Tortega. It has a huge respawn rate and there are a bunch of mobs in there. The place is virtually empty, and there is a boss down there. I dinged from 13 to 14 in about 15 minutes of grinding.

great except I can't enter it unless I have a quest... so what quest do you need??

it was a collect poison quest called something like 'redhand death', i got it somewhere between the main pub and the boat/pub at the harbour - mobs are only lvl 10-12 tho.

Level 10-13 very (!) usefull.

Level 13-14 it's good (!), but quests are better.

Leve 14+ it's bad.
