I do want to clear up what is happening. This was my fault at failing to communicate this PRIOR to the release of these emails. I apologize, we'll do better in the future.
We legally can only contact the list of emails we have from Realtime Worlds 3 times. Basically this is our first attempt to let players know a change has happened. We can do so 2 more times. Our hope is we won't have to use all 3 attempts. So far it appears that we got a lot of traction on this first attempt (I don't have numbers yet, I'll share what I can when we get them).
Our big intent here is to be able to let people who had played APB know that it is coming back. We can't do that if we can't email you. SO, we decided to contact early. The next time we will try to contact these emails will be after we officially launch.
I hope that helps some of the confusion going on here.
