You need to open resource.dat inside system folder of CelestiaLuna but I cant find a way to open it, tell me if you do!

it's very very easy to reinforce item...... if you want reinforce all EQ or costume i make it for u.... 1 eq = 4 puke. .... 1 costum = 5 puke ......
