Tutorials [TUT100]
------------------
Attaching [TUT101]:
When the hack opens the "Waiting..." form will open. If PSO:BB isn't found you will see the "Looking For PSO:BB..." and when the game opens you will see "PSO:BB Found. Inject." Press the inject button to get to the main form of the hack.
Area Warp [TUT102]:
Area Warping is back to the 1-Click style users of my first-gen trainers are used to. Simply click the relevant Episode Tab and click the text to warp wherever you're going. The three "Burst" buttons simulate the three types of loading screens you encounter in-game, and have various uses I don't feel like supplying.
Game Burst - What happens when you change areas.
Quest Burst - Loads you into/out of a quest.
Lobby Burst - The type of load that goes Room -> Lobby.
Teleporter [TUT103]:
For the longest time I had no intention of releasing this, but after the release of WTW, there's little room to keep this private. The current location box is self-explanatory. If you would like to change your x/y/z locations; put the coordinates you'd like in the x/y/z boxes. Poke X/Y/Z will simply set your location to whatever you type, Freeze X/Y/Z will stick you to the spot. M1-4 represent Marks or Memory, and you just click Set Mx to mark a location, then at any time click Go Mx to go there. If you're farming 1-4 rooms of a quest, for instance, you can see how marks come in handy.
Inven Scan [TUT104]:
Bringing back the old-school style inventory scanner, this hack allows you to camera-follow another user (assuming they're on the same map) as well as hit F12/Home and see the menu as if you're them. Lets you see the inventory of other users, as well as their level, exp needed, meseta, stats, etc. If you have stat hack on, it will stat hack this scanner as well, so be aware of that. Person 5-16 are only used in the lobby.
Aura Hack [TUT105]:
Places an aura around you in-game only. Works in p2. This hack is a combination of two hacks -- one to give you a status effect and another to spam the animation for it. DOES NOTHING USEFUL AND IS JUST FOR LOOKS.
CRC'd Shit [TUT106]:
The Bypassed checkbox will tick when you turn a CRC'd hack on. Quick descriptions;
Shrink - Will make you small, will make EVERYONE small if you're Red. Requires you be in a quest with shrink.
Pipe Stays - Telepipes don't disappear when you take them back from p2 -> Area.
PB Anytime - Allows you to activate a PB at any time, regardless of hitting 100PB.
Inf. Combos - Unlocks the 3hit max combo on weapons.
Inf. S/D Time - Shifta/Deband do not wear off.
God of Equip - Every item is equippable, regardless of class or level.
Solo Doors - All switches for doors stay down as if you're in 1p Mode.
Inf. Mag Feed - All mags in your inventory are always hungry.
Furious Techs - Animation cancels your tech casting to allow for very fast casting.
See Items on P2 - Allows you to see players' gear on p2 including mags.
Use Techs on P2 - Allows you to cast techs on p2, only others with this on will see them.
Walk Thru Walls - If you don't know what WTW does, don't play video games.
Walk Thru Objects - Currently bugged, and no one cares so I don't plan to fix it really.. but allows you to walk through objects not considered walls including doors.
In-Game [TUT107]:
Quick Descriptions;
HUD/Minimap Toggle - Used to toggle the HUD and Mini-Map. Mainly for screenshots.
Cure/All - Stops you from getting status effects. If the symbols stick and bother you, just untick and retick this.
Stat Hack - Stat hack on the fly. Just turn it on in-game and it's done. Works in c-mode. Untick to turn off. THIS DISCONNECTS YOU IF IT'S ON AND SOMEONE JOINS THE GAME.
Freeze HP/TP - Does exactly what it says. If you get OHKO'd with this you will die and still have HP. Just unlock HP and click the Revive button.
Auto-Revive - Automatically revives you when you die. It looks like you used a Scape Doll.
MA4 DSR Pts - Gives 255pts for Max Attack 4: Deep Sea Rendezvous, an ep2 quest with a lottery
machine that pays out a ton of grinders, mats, and meseta very quickly. PDs/PCs/a few items can also be gained from raping the machine.
999,999 Meseta - Locks Meseta at 999,999 client side. You can buy from the shop even when you don't really have enough money, but do not bank more than you have. Used for mainly for mag feeding.
No Red on Death - Technically, this locks the screen shader to 100% transparency. Screen won't fade to red on death.
Telepipe Anywhere - Lets you pipe anywhere you have an action palette. Works in boss rooms.
Normal Diff - Normal Mode Difficulty. Makes the mobs APPEAR to be normal mode mobs but will give full exp/drops. Makes leveling/farming with techs amazingly efficient.
99 PB - Locks your PB at 99 so every time it "ticks" you'll be able to PB. Closest non-CRC'd hack to infinite PB.
High PB - Makes your PB ridiculously high. Must be able to PB to use this. Use 99 PB to get 100 or turn on PB Anytime, use this, cast Twins, raep. Any legit that chains with your twins that way will get a VERY large atp/dfp boost.
Lv30 Techs - For people who don't want to dick around with the custom tech levels, this is a Max Techs button. It's per-room and GMs cant scan your techs to see this, they have to see you cast it.
Revive Button - Click to revive.. looks like you got reverser'd or used a scape.
Action Palette [TUT108]:
Allows you to pick your hotkeys from drop-downs. You can now have multiple hotkeys for the same tech (5 and 0 can both Resta, for example) and Twins PB was added to the list, so you can PB without the Ctrl Action Palette. This is also helpful for droids using techs.
Custom Techs [TUT109]:
Basically just a preview of how the Custom Stat Hack will look and feel. If you get confused as to which tech a box controls just do a MouseOver. Poke All sets all techs to whatever levels you supply (you don't have to fill in each box to poke all) and Read All will fill the boxes with your current tech levels.
DR and Lobby [TUT110]:
Quick Descriptions;
Full Dressing Room - Works like the "official" trainer; Turn it on before entering the dressing room and once in, turn it off. Allows you to change things as if you're making a new character instead of the limited options the dressing room normally supplies.
Section ID, NPC Skins, Name Color, Hair Color - Go to the dressing room, make whatever changes you want on the trainer, save your character by entering a ship. Section ID changing is slightly dangerous but DOES change your drops to whatever your new section ID is.
NOTE: Colored Names are currently illegal on SCHTHACK.
GM Arrow - Click the button in a lobby, check the desk where you join games/change ships, change marker to a color.
OTHER PEOPLE CAN SEE THIS, ONE COLOR IS GLITCHED. (I forget which.)
Class Changer - Temporarily changes your class. You can "change" to a FO and learn discs up to 30 on a non-FO.
Lobby Event - Works like the "official" trainer, except this locks so as you change lobbies you'll always have the desired event.
Name - Read will put your name in that textbox, used mainly to copy/paste names from the game you can't type. Write allows you to change your name and if done in the dressing room becomes permanent. You can copy/paste unicode to and from this textbox so add hearts, music notes, and swastikas to your name.
Room Viewer [TUT111]:
This doesn't work yet, but see the To-Do list for what is planned.
Custom Stats [TUT112]:
Like Custom Techs, but for Stats. See the To-Do list.
Inventory [TUT113]:
Big project that will include a drop warner so you know what that red box that just dropped is really, etc. See the To-Do List (again).
FAQs [FAQ200]
---------------
Why is x hack not in the trainer? [FAQ201]:
Well it depends on what "x" is, but here's a few I get asked a lot..
Casino - It's server-side. I simply can't.
One-Hit Kill - That's what the stat hack does (especially paired with normal mode mobs hack). Why would you need this?
Items on Ground Invisible - This seems absolutely retarded to me. If you really want this, ask.
Enemy Mod/One Kill Lv200/etc - All of these are patched, and the holes abused to produce them are patched, and even if you find a way around everything, the RESULTS are patched. A good example of this is tekk hacking. If you untekk a weapon (say.. Asteron Belt) and give it untekk stats like 10/10/0/0, when you tekk it the results will always be a white-name Asteron Belt with no special or %s. Some hacks were simply patched beyond belief. Don't stop this from suggesting new hack ideas though.
Then what hacks are left? [FAQ202]:
Mainly stuff I'm not sure if I should release. Type-M weapon generator, Gallon's Shop abuser, One-Click Claire's Deal Hack, Enemy Weapon w/Hit generator, ep1 c-mode warper, pwand farming marks, and other single-purpose hacks. At some point I might consider adding an injectable version of Cheat Engine's speedhack.dll coded by Dark Byte at the press of a button for those too lazy to open Cheat Engine. I'm also always up for suggestions.
This hack doesn't work! [FAQ203]
You'll need .net Framework 3.5, and for vista/7 users with trouble, turn UAC off and Run as Admin.
To-Do List [TD300]
-------------------
Room Viewer
::This hack will be like the psobbviewer for every character in the room. It will give you the level, stats, exp, sec id, etc of every person in the game all on one form. This will help you find other hackers by displaying all their tech levels and stats. It also comes with mat usage for all 4 players in a room. The ReadProcessMemory API fails on this form for some reason. This form is the only one giving me trouble.
Custom Stats
::Not sure if I'm going to make this, I can't imagine why you'd need this. The concept is the same as the Custom Techs though, so I know it can easily be done if there's real interest for it.
Inventory Hack
::Released the new hack without this to start because it is going to be a HUGE hack that will read your inventory and allow you to temp items without needing the backend or item values. It will also come with directions for Claire's Deal, Gallon's Shop, Making Enemy Parts (100/0/0/100/50 C-Bringer's Rifle anyone?), etc. An unseal hack will be included, but it will void the legitimacy of the item if used. This will come after the Room Viewer.
