Crafting: very very easy takes about three hours.

Okay, enter that macro in the macro tab in game, and put the macro in the 6th slot on your toolbar; then you craft away. You may want to change the pause if you have a slow computer or lag issues. You need to craft a little over 1000.
Since you need medical items for the second part you might want to do this first and craft your own.
The other three tabs:
At my highest I was getting 1k+ medical xp per minute, but it is kinda slow starting off.
For this you will need 60 resus charges and 25 stim b's (probably less though) you will also need a second character.
You can do one of two things with this character, either have him/her tumble to stand and macro that, or have a pet attack him/her and just heal. You will do this until you are at master wound treatment. Only use the medical xp for master wound treatment.
Now comes the speed part:
When you have master wound treatment you can resus, a resus gets at the very least 700xp per shot and a char can duel when he/she is groggy. You will need a creature for this and just keep on deathblowing and resusing until you master the other two trees; this should take no more than 2 hours.
Congratulations, you now are a Master Doctor!
