editing npc

is there a way to edit an npc client side to have muse/cleric skill books as 1 server took out the original npcs selling the books.. but the books still work as i had couple in storage still

Hmm, you mean like, have a different npc sell the same books another npc sells. But client sided, so it's not really changed, you can just buy them from that other npc?

If thats so, not sure if it can be possible, since npc items and there values are server sided. The most you could do is change what the books in the npc's look like.

ye it would be good to have anouther npc sell them or like someone else has where u can access the storage and stuff in 1 npc.. wat about clicking 1 npc and it opens the mayer from junon..

as its the mayer thats been removed

Like I said, it's server sided. Unless it was your own custom server, I don't see how it's possible...
