Torchlight 2 MP login server is down and they are stating that you will be able to transfer your single player game to the mp servers once the login server is back up.
Cheat engine works great for gold. (Just checked)
Just simply load it
Point to torchlight 2
First scan number of current gold you have
Second sell or buy something from an npc to change ammount of gold you have.
Second scan new number.
Rinse and repeat till you have 3-4 numbers left
Select them all and change values to a new number (I would put less than a mil to avoid being detected.)
Activate new values of all 3-4 of them.
Immediately open the shop and purchase something. (Anything)
View new gold value in your game client
Run through a portal and when its loading close game client.
Open game again and view new gold amount.
Wait till login servers go back online and login and transfer char to mp servers.
Gold will xfer as well.
Did this before login servers went up for a short time. NOw they are down again.
