start meteor.exe and then should appear the icon on the right bottom of your screen,
start FT, put meteor in your qs, go slot 2 and start match

I know this problem, i donīt know how it works, but play with 4 people and you should get normal exp and gold

QS is the short form for Quickslot
Inventory-> Items-> Quickslot-> and there are you spells for Guardian oder Battle mode
