welche Werte stehen dort für welche Änderung IG an?

I am woundering, if someone could explain to me and others,
when editing for ex. the weapons.def file - what are the meaings
of the numbers inthere? what will happen, when editing tl 3 to tl 83 for ex.

Schau dir die -> rsctables.def an, da steht alles dren was du brauchst
