Steht da TEXT TOOL oder TEX TOOL ? In FT gibts nämlich nur TEX-Dateien...
TEXT und TEX da gibts nen Unterschied.
Und zum logischen Denken.. denkst du er versteht deine Antwort auf Deutsch, wenn er auf Englisch fragt? ^^
Also wenn man keine Ahnung hat...

i found files tex. but i wana mess with them x[ how? im a newbie at this stuff. everyone has to learn hehe.

das eine hat mit dem anderen nix zu tun.
Aber Zeros Decrypter ist natürlich nützlicher als dieser hier.
Nur leider können die meisten Leute damit nix anfangen, weil sie die Dateien nicht zurück Verschlüsseln können. ^^

For the people that doesn't know what is it this program, it's simply an .tex (texture) file converter. For example extract Res\GuiRes\Item02.res\Item_Dhan01.tex on the same folder of converter and drag the file on DDS or BMP converter. What are the differences from DDS converter and BMP converter? Well, the DDS is the real format of decypted .TEX files (That can be displayed with DirectX Texture Tool (from DirectX SDK), you can watch all the textures on the original format. BMP converter support only 32bit textures (16.777.216 + 256transparency colors, for example the wallpaper of Dhanphir) but it miss the support of 8 and 16 bmp format (yes, i'm lazy lol).
And please, for questions write english (or italian =P), it's a pain to use google translator XD.
