well ,, i'm begineer at this game ..

i made char then it's lvl 3

when i get lvl 4 i saw that

Lvl up ..but To lvl 1 !!!

and all my gold has been 21 gold only ...

Omg ..

Is That bug >? Or Normal Thing ? S:

or a GM made u lvl 1 again but it looks more like a bug^^

try to lvl up again for a while.. when u still get "downgrade" to lvl 1 contact alaplaya

send them a ticket about this, maybe they will make your char again level up.

mh... I had this bug too. You don't have to contact alaplaya or create a new account. The servers from alaplya are very bad, so that's why the server couldn't save your statistics or something went wrong, so the server resets your char back to level 1.
But this happened only once to me. So don't worry, just have fun ;-)

alaplayas server is the badest server of all the games but you can report if you have a pic of you cha when you was at high lvl it will help you
