Watch Dogs: PC specifications revealed

Set to release on May 27, the highly anticipated Watch Dogs have finally released the set specifications for PC. In addition, Watch Dogs is also available to pre-order on Steam, and with that comes the minimum specifications to run the game. If your system doesn't meet the requirements, you definitely have some time to fit in a quick upgrade before the release!

Minimum requirements:

Windows Vista (SP2), Windows 7 (SP1) or Windows 8 (Only 64 bit OSs supported.)
Nvidia Geforce GTX 460 or AMD Radeon HD 5770 with DirectX 11 graphics and 1GB of video RAM
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 2.66Ghz or AMD Phenom II X4 940 3.0Ghz CPU
6GB Memory
25GB of HDD/SSD space


Recommended requirements:

Nvidia Geforce GTX 560 ti or AMD Radeon HD 7850 with DirectX 11 graphics and 2GB of video RAM
Eight core - Intel Core i7-3770 3.5 GHz or AMD FX-8350 X8 4 GHz CPU

25GB of HDD/SSD space

The listing on Steam has also said that the following cards are also supported: nVidia GeForce GTX460 or better, GT500, GT600, GT700 series; AMD Radeon HD5850 or better, HD6000, HD7000, R7 and R9 series Intel® Iris™ Pro HD 5200.

Doch nicht so hoch wie ich dachte. Aus den bisherigen Videos erkenne ich eine gute Grafik, auch wenn viele anderer Meinung sind. Bei mir steht das Gameplay vor der Grafik.

The i7 3770 is a quad core CPU though.. why are you calling it an eight core? 8 threads does not equal 8 cores

Absolutely unnecessary(!) If the game requires this hardware the programming of this game is really bad.

RAM requirements are jumping up in these newer games, luckily it's a cheap upgrade. DDR4 is just going to be massive the amount of leeway that will provide.

Iam looking forward for this game and I hope they made it well for this setup no like ws or gta 4 which has random fps not based on your pc xD
