New anti piracy bill - SECURE IT

Hello fellow elitepvpers. We've won the fight against ACTA, but a group of republican senators are ready to unveil their newest anti piracy act. Secure it - The Strengthening and Enhancing Cybersecurity by Using Research, Education, Information, and Technology Act, should be a tool for businesses and the government to secure their intellectual property.
Sponsored by Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-Texas), and John McCain (R-Arizona).
This is an alternative to the bill S.2105 that should increase file sharing while decreasing criminal activities. Based on previous experience, The Department of Homeland Security will develop a system of requirements for risk-based websites.

Personally, I have very little knowledge of how this would even work, but be sure that we'll keep you updated on the matter and provide extra information when it is available. Feel free to discuss on this matter.

Thank you for your time,

from Information for the World's Business Leaders -
The Cybersecurity Act of 2012 is the latest effort by Congress to do something about the threat of cyber attacks and cyber crime. Fortunately, and perhaps thanks to the efforts to quash SOPA and PIPA, the Act is quite a bit more restrained in scope than its predecessors.
You can read the whole thing here.
Still, one can’t help but be a little bit nervous about this sort of thing, especially when the usual suspects in Congress start rattling their sabers.
Slashgear pulled together some choice quotes from our political leaders who are selling this bill:
“Hackers are stealing information from Fortune 500 companies,” said Sen. Jay Rockefeller, ”breaking into the networks of our government and security agencies and toying with the networks that power our economy.”
As stated here
this is the last resort of the Congress against this piracy for now

But the worst is this
Anonymous has been labeled by the NSA(Natinal Security Agency) as terrorist and if members get caught, they will be judged as Terrorist, just as Al Qaeda

So appalling yet it makes sense to see yet another one already.
You can see a obvious pattern to these now. The most with this internet control stuff, but with other corporate manufactured/manipulated laws (from real need or just manufactured) in the past too.
It's their exact Modus operandi.

As long as there corrupt politicians in our governments to take bribes from the likes of Sony, MPAA, RIAA and other corporate/special interest companies and lobbyist groups they will keep pushing this internet control garbage.

Be it ACTA, SOPA, PIPA, or "FU-WORLD", or how ever they want to name it.
It's the same thing, just a different name.
And what ever they attribute a world of social and economic ills and doom they try to attribute to it.
Example the blatant miss-truths, the lies, of "billions" of lost dollars and jobs around SOAP when in fact their own biased annalist said in fact it is more at best $500 million, and 6000 jobs at most. Even then based on the ridiculous assumption that if somehow forced to do so "pirates" would pay for every thing that they downloaded.
And it's fact the biggest movie studios are stealing from the very people they claim whos jobs are hurting by billing them self hundreds of millions each movie in creative financing to come up as a loss to avoid paying royalties.

They would also have everyone that ever traded, or otherwise do what they don't approve of be made a criminal. With increasing criminal penalties.
As insane as it sounds I'm sure they would prefer the "offense" to be capital (execution) as they want to you not reason, but fear the shadows.

Have to be very careful too because as with SOPA they will try to use very cleaver loose writing to try to alter/manipulate things to their advantage once it comes down to challenging and enforcing such laws.

The politicians involved are greedy, money and power lusting sociopaths.
They are blind to any collateral damage such laws will create.
Including obvious internet fee increases to cover the people and lawyers they would have to hire, etc.
They along with the bribing corporations who don't care whom (or what) they hurt.

January was an historic month here in the USA and the World for millions of people standing up and voicing their opposition to SOPA to their government (including yours truly).
Your word, or option, our actions count!
Keep the momentum against the money worshipers, the greedy, and the corrupt governments of the world.
Lets aim for one billion of the world population this time!

The lunatics have taken over the asylum.
Don't reason with the insanity.
Make a stand against the corruption, the greedy, and those that will impinge upon and try to enslave you!
