More than 10 years after its original release, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 returns in a completely remastered version for current-gen consoles. We meet again to review the story of the game, in which we will highlight the most important features and negatives that it included.
We will take a closer look at what this new version of Modern Warfare 3 has to offer. We will talk about the improvements that have been made to the game and whether this version is worth purchasing or not.
The game's story begins where Modern Warfare 2 left off, with a very impressive and exciting opening to Mission 627, where the greatest evil on Earth and the dangerous terrorist leader Vladimir Makarov as we previously saw him in the game's trailer finally appear, and Captain Price's famous Task Force 141 is also back in action. Again, with the appearance of some familiar characters such as “Price, Soap, Gaz, Ghost, Farah Karim, Alex, and others..”

I will not give you more details about the story, as you will quickly and gradually lose enthusiasm after the opening ends. In general, the campaign mode of Modern Warfare 3 may be worth playing for a few hours for fans of the series, but it is not the best Call of Duty story ever.
There is no doubt that you will experience some exciting moments in the game's story. You will have a large number of various weapons, night vision elements, gas and smoke bombs, and some various missions that will remain stuck in your mind, specifically the No Russian mission and the new massacre carried out by the terrorists, which included horrific scenes. Shows how cruel terrorist leader Makarov is. While most of the other missions proceed without any significant feeling other than the boredom that will afflict you from their superficiality, you will only be satisfied with shooting here and there.
Unfortunately, it seems to me that Modern Warfare 3 is not at all suitable for this type of mission for reasons that may go beyond this title itself, and despite that, it is trying hard to rely on the glories of the past Call of Duty series, and move directly to the service phases that are the focus of interest.
Pros:
•Enjoyable shooting mechanics that give you a nice feeling during the exchange of fire. You will also feel the atmosphere of special forces armed with their equipment.
•Some exciting missions like the No Russian mission.
•The game's performance was stable and its graphics were not bad at all, with good use of the IW engine.
•Supporting Multiple languages at the level of text translation of menus and dialogues.
Cons:
•A boring, devoid of content and incoherent story that tries in vain to incite a feeling of nostalgia for the past, and the ending is very dull and disappointing.
• The game's characters have become very expendable and we have become bored with them, and the series must be revived in the future with innovative stories and characters.
• A very short number of hours of play that you can finish in 3 and a half hours.
The price of the game is exaggerated in light of the narrative content that the game offers.
Some of the open-world missions greatly disrupted my gameplay.
• There is no improvement in the artificial intelligence of the enemies compared to the previous parts.
Conclusion:
On a Scale from 1/10: 6
Unfortunately, the story mode in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is completely incoherent. It is considered one of the worst campaigns in the series and does not offer anything new or exciting, and is completely unable to deviate from the norm. Despite the good graphics and gameplay, it is not enough to compensate for the weaknesses and repetitive tasks to make it worth playing, rather it drags the series to the bottom. However, it is not the end for the series, all it has to do is take a break for a few years.
