Simply post a number between 100-7.000. If there are a few users with the same number I'll contact you via PM so that you can switch you number to one that isn't used.
Can I sell the license afterwards?
No, that is not possible. Would you try to do so, however, will get the license blocked.
Is the license a normal Lifetime or does it include EmailNotify?
The licenses are lifetime +EmailNotify!
