I also have a ranked ban on my main account....You know...If some people are really really mad and take this game too serious you get reported just for carry you team... And if this happens often you get banned...
So im searching for an Bronze-Silver account to:
1.Help other players
2.Have some fun
3.To get new connections like. someone adds me after a game and asks for help. So i ahve an other account to play... its like a circus.

Almost nobody reports you for stomping. I've never been reported by the enemies when I was smurfing I think. They report your lane opponent who fed you every time and they flame him..
That's the wrong section anyways.

And why im getting reported than? Its like this situation.Someone like you, don't believe what im saying and than i start to talk with them.They don't understand and i get reported. lol
