I, Garbie the owner of Void Spoofer, have been scammed by SYNC, with all needed proof below.
I have been reselling SYNC as my temporary spoofer (I am the dev to my own perm) for over a year now, spent thousands on restocks and ICL, I did make my money from it and with decent profits.
All was going good, until 2 months ago when the cleaner was no longer working. This caused lots of issues, and sync is the type of provider who would NEVER announce when he has an issue with the loader. It was detected twice throughout the past year, and he never announced. Not to his customers or even resellers.
Imagine waking up one day with 50 mad tickets, that all got kicked and the DEV refuses to acknowledge anything.
His transparency is below 0, however when also asked he would say “works for some and some not”. I did explain it only works if someone reinstalls since the cleaner literally doesn’t work, but he ignores that statement.
The whole issue started when I had a user, who somehow charged back 5 temp sales, later on the user explained to me that he used his mother’s CARD and had an issue with her, and he showed me that he charged back on every single online purchase he made. And here is the proof below:
Sync has been lenient with refunds, they usually take 1-3 work days to be reviewed and accepted but I have not had issues with that, and I would be lying if I said otherwise.
and I did admit it to him here, as mentioned.
I tried asking sync if he could replace the chargedback keys, as I do that myself. I do replace any seller that gets a chargeback since they lost that money, thought it would be the same, but instead he insisted I restock 1.5K first, then he gives me half that.
I told him that it’s a pitty, that I am forced to restock when the product does not work as intended, then he insisted on me restocking or else im kicked off the reseller chat.
I was tier 5 reseller (highest tier for sync resellers, as seen below)
and here is when he said I either restock, or he wont work with me again since I called him out for the none working cleaners, and he did not like that.
“bumping this by the way otherwise i’ll have to kick you off the reseller team” Then getting hit with this.
Then he I asked what happens to lifetime users, since those paid a hefty 500 eur and I got over 10 of them. He mentioned that he will never refund or replace their keys.
I asked what if they got new PCs, they only need resets and it doesn’t cost him anything to be nice to previous users. He said it wont be done. So if a lifetime user changes on PC part he is done, and lost his 500 eur since he cannot get a reset now.
I don’t do that with my terminated resellers, I do have some lads who resold for me back in 2023, and they customers still even get support and free updates with everything, cuz at the end of the day being nice does not cost me a single penny, and since I am the dev to my perm, it doesn’t cost anything to give them the updates.
Things went fine, as seen below and I did mention that I will restock once the product is updated, then he somehow got back to blackmailing that either I pay 1.5k for restocks or else im terminated from their resellers server.
Then he lowered the restock value to 750, but I still insisted on waiting until its UD and working.
Then once I said I will stand by my word, he banned(or kicked idk) me from his reseller’s server, and blocked my account as well
PS: I had like 0.8 USD remaining balance as well so ig he scammed me for that too 😆
Welp, that is not the end of it. Sync has had many past mistakes of “soft” scamming users, other devs and resellers. I am sending this to everyone so that you should know, whenever you’re not on his side, he will get rid of you.
He is still selling his product when it does not work as intended, and it states on his website that its UD and it is not.
His detection history alone is zero according to him, which is a clear lie and any old reseller knows so.
I wouldn’t be mad if I lost money, as money comes and goes. But my customer’s loyalty and respect is just once. I would never risk losing it with such an immature dev again.

he doesn't believe in actually giving support, and according to him its just him supporting people via tickets on his website and AI. No human support members.
He also claims he had 311 purchases (always above 300) on his website within 7 days, we all know that is impossible since if he did, he wouldn't be so greedy and blackmailing and at the same time he would be a ******* millionaire xD
his cheapest product displayed on his website is 40$, if everyone just got the cheapest sub that means he made 12.4K a week, that makes it nearly 50,000 USD per month.
Which clearly is extremely misleading as he lacks in advertisment, support, and even in function since the product has not been working as intended for 2 months.
I currently have him listed as a recommended spoofer across several communities (in addition to Reported), which collectively reach around 60K users. However, based on conversation you linked, I'm going to remove him, as his wording makes Sync seem very questionable.

I don't know if his name is Tony or Luke or whatever people claim, but the thing is you missed the whole point of this post my friend. It's not about him covering up my lost funds. That's totally understandable even though he would do it in the past and now it somehow changed when I did not restock for a while. By the way that while is around three months I believe when the loader stopped working as intended.
The whole issue is him blackmailing me with a restock or lose access situation, which is quite ass. That's the whole point. Him covering up my funds is not an issue. I'm not really complaining about that. I'm just complaining about the blackmail: you have 24 hours to restock or else you lose access to everything. That's not cool and I have lifetime customers who paid half a thousand dollars for a loader that will stop working. I just told him, "Don't update the loader, just let it work as it is," and he's like, "No go fuck yourself."

Shit does happen in business and life moves on. I will work on making that money back and I will never let my customers down. I have already figured out a solution for them and they are all satisfied. I do appreciate your feedback a lot.

I was going to get lifetime with sync aswell.. Now im questioning that decision if he can just play with peoples subs an money like that.
To be honest its not the safest choice imo, its too risky
If he could fuck all my users like that when I have been one of his biggest resellers, imagine what he does on a user level
I would recommend thinking about it a few times, not to mention cleaner doesn't work on most EAC games rn so test beforehand too in case u will still buy

Sync Spoofer 06/30/2022 - Valorant - 15 Replies I'm tryna spoof because I got banned around a month ago. I have a gigabyte z 270-hd3, intel cpu, amd gpu. Anyone know if sync is legit?
