Cloudacy works great with fortnite. I am using it for few months now and no problems at all.

My suggestions: (this works 100% - if you were hwid banned)

- Fresh OS install (format all drives)
- Make new epic account
- Use cloudacy spoofer whenever you restart pc and want to play fortnite (you dont use cleaners, only use registry cleaner and all hwid spoofers).
