bought their spoofer 2 weeks ago for RUST (not tested in fortnite) and can confirm it's working. I assume it works on fortnite as well, since its the same anti cheat. Admin team is quite nice and helped me when I struggled in the beginning. Only downsight I'd say is that I had to deinstall Kaspersky (which made me a little nervous in the beginning) but nothing bad has happened to my PC yet

works fine but requires a win format beforehand. You also have to start the spoofer after every PC restart since it has no auto boot. however, it's working and doing its job. Using this since was sold privately back in february ++
@  any plans supporting ROE? ;>

One windows reinstall before first time using the spoofer. No additional reinstall needed.

We had users testing it on ROE and they said it was working fine. I myself never tried since I don't play ROE.

so if i buy a week key, once that key expires, my pc will continue to work with fortnite as long as i dont trigger a NEW hwid ban? or must i continue to spoof every single day with this program to play on a new account?

This is a pay2spoof service, so you can only spoof your HWIDs and network adapters as long as you got an active sub.
We do keep working on our loader and service on a daily basis. This comes at the cost of a subscription.
