This would work perfectly if you did a clean install of Windows and then enabled this method because it 100% stops any new tracking files from being left on your system both on your drive and in your registry and that includes tracking files we don't even know about yet. The only down-side is it will not remove any tracking files or registry keys that already exist, hence why a clean install would work better.
