I'll have to wait to either get the account or I don't, I wanted to use PayPal but 21 hold days was there because his account wasn't verified so refunded that and sent BTC but he gave me the wrong address, I'll be waiting for a couple of days to get the account, I think that since I already paid I should get the account whatever happens

that's a tricky situation bud, it's his fault for giving you the wrong address if so, but nothing you can do now, hopefully it wasn't much? You should get the account imo, good luck!
