Let me get one thing straight; If rBot doesn't support DoT's, don't bot with this build. iBot does support them for iSro, which makes a Warock there easy to bot with ( 2xDot>Change target ftw ).
The only setup you can do now is Blood Flower>Death Flower>Blood Flower. Don't even add Vampire touch/Kiss, you don't want to use Absolute dmg when your botting anyway.
PS try botting on Passive mobs since your set is pretty bad to start with..

A magical attacking mob is something different as a Physical attacking mob, sure you can tank a Mage rofl. Plus using that much Debuffs will prolly end you up with no MP left.

10 Kills a Min? Lie. Proof it. Death Flower has a 6 second Delay. Which mean you either have to put in DoT's or Vampire Touch/Kiss, which wouldn't result in 10 kills a min.
