CN-USA doesn't let add money from PayPal and mcsro when i register an account and try to login it saids the account is closed

You can buy from cn-usa with google checkout all you have to do is add the credit card to the google account same way you added it to pypal.

Mcsro probably closes ur account because you didnt type the valid phone number. I reccomend offgamers, paypal works there.
