lol i guess if its on why i cant connect ? it tells me that the Connection to the server has ended

tryed with loader too tells me "cant create file transfer manager maybe pack file corrupted or some one is accessing it already "

i guess i casnt even update something if i open the launcher it tells me that the connection to the server is failed/cutted
