rsro help

Hey there,

i guess im kinda noob, but i cant find Resuscitation Potion Quest in rsro. I dont think it matters but i have a european character (wizard). I remember i could do that quest in isro with my blader at the potion seller npc. im over lv20 so that shouldnt be a problem.

so if you know what i missed, pls tell me. Thank you
