What is the best pure str glavier build?

Either you want a debuffing glavier so you skill Force along, or max your defence with max. Fire and max. Ice, or you wanna skill average like almost everyone with 90Light and 30 Cold, or 100Light and 20 Cold for Snow Shield.

Dont forget to mention that the 90light/30 cold or 100light/20 cold saves you quite a lot of sp too! Less farming is usually good

I just saw you wanna build a char for cSro .. first off, without farm, your glavier will be a potwaster after a certain lvl and you wont get be able to get much gold together after each loop, so try to find a guild or w.e. to get some ong farming .. or you will give up pretty soon ..
