Hey im joining cSRO, and im just wondering whats the best server? In terms of Alot of English speaking people, lag, and traffic? Also im looking for a guild to join that will help me

Hey! Im thinking about joining csro and was wondering if there is alot of partyplaying in lower lvls like lvl 40.. Is botting allowed? and ive head about a CIMO shop were you can buy SOM things for gold, is this true? Which server should i join? needs to have a nice english speaking community :-)
