Use cheat engine 5.6.1.... no other version worked...
For chrome user's it sometimes on the first process or second process.
scan for the code
83 C4 10 F3 0F 7E 8D E0 FE FF FF
then double click it and in the button change the value to
then all of your resources will be full. if it doesn't be full just make a new tab then go back to the first tab and the resources will be full.
It can be detected if you over use this cheats. just make at least 5 outpost a day then it will not be detected.
Don't worry i can easily make a new codes if it's been patch...
