i can make 1 but the problem is i cant copy name to the website @ i dont know why

You can find an account creation guide for the Taiwanese version of DBO here: dbocom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5846

It's so much easier than the Korean version as it doesn't require an identification # or cellphone verification.
