It is not necessery to have all folders. The MapEditor is looking for TextureMid > Texture > TextureLow.

Hello guys,

do you also have trouble with the world editor's created .rgn file? When I edit the world and save it nearly half of the entries are gone like region texts spawns etc, any solution for that or am I doing something wrong maybe?

The World Editor is the only thing that wont open, and i have the exact same error code can someone help me please? Ive read in the history that i had to move it into the ' resource ' but i dont understand what and where is the ' resource '

So i've finaly solved my first problem but i've got this one instead now.. and i cant find a fix, please can someone help me i really need to work on this editor to finish my project!!

This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "windows".

Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

I don't get your problem.

I use windows 10, downloaded the newest release (1.2) and opened WdKebaras:



Everything working fine here, same goes with WdMadrigal.


And btw, you should try to google - it took me less than a minute to find the cause of your error.


Make sure that the file 'qwindows.dll' lies in your 'Plugins\platforms' folder.

kleine frage wenn ich mit dem world editor die madrigal aufmache und dann auf speichern drücke und mit einem anderen namen speicher dann speichert der die nicht komplett ab ist das mit absicht so oder speicher ich falsch Oo

das liegt daran das der nicht die ganze map lädt also kann der auch nicht die ganze map speichern

Hallo ich habe da mal eine Frage bei mir tauchen bunte Punkte beim Worldeditor auf diese kann ich zwar mit dem Reiter Farbe wieder entfernen aber ich will ja nicht diese Punkte überall auf der Map suchen hat da wer eine Lösung für oder vielleicht eine Erklärung warum diese Punkte auftauchen.

Hier ein Bild von meinem Problem.
