Im here hoping to have an idea how will i fix the hit rate of my Crackshooter, like it always hit 1 or 1 1 1 I know it could be the balancing but i tried to hit someone with no block rate still having the same output it hit 1 1 1 1 it takes many hit till the damage out. and it has a delay damage like after hitting many times and then it stop attacking the damage still pop up.
