Safe upgrade neuz crash

Cant open safe upgrade accesories neuz crash.. Open safe element upgrade neuz crash.. Safe upgrade open but when i put weapon or items neuz crash also.. Using proud source.. Client log says its on wndfield.cpp and i try to compare it from other source but it seems right.. Can anyone give me some idea.
