Hab null gemacht seit dem letzten Post, aber sehr sehr viel FF14 gespielt ;D
Bin wieder dran, lasse das mit den Terrain Farben erst einmal links liegen und prototype ein paar anderen dinge, will einen guten Charakter Controller schreiben mit Kampfsystem/EQ etc.

Ohne Kinami beleidigen zu wollen, aber ich glaube für Kinami selbst ist das lediglich ein Lern Prozess wie weit er gehen kann. Ich schaue mir das Projekt gerne an, aber ich glaube nicht das dieses Projekt jemals Public geht.
An Kinami, finde das Lightning in Unity ziemlich pretty in Flairs. :>

I like the idea, how everyone contributes his learning process by sticking into one thing.
You have been working on this project since 07/2017 - besides how far you going to - itd quite impressive what you already achieved.
Can I ask a general question to that?
Which game engine is Flyff based on? Not interested in game engines at all, just curious how its been made

It's made with love.
The 3D-Engine used is DirectX 9.

I guess you can call this "progress"?
Getting more gameplay mechanics to work, started writing some kind of AI / Animation system.
btw, there is a discord server.
Going to post alot of "in-progress" stuff in there, mostly gifs of bugs and stupid stuff.

Still working on the animation system stuff, im too stupid.
Will try to get some simple Idle and Walking and Standing animation switching going by tomorrow evening. So the monsters move around, with a walking animation, stand with the stand animation, and sometimes go idle.
Also going to add more randomness in it, I just didnt bother yet, because a working system > unnecessary features.

So,
i started using the Unity asset "uMMORPG" so this project has a chance to get to a "playable" state.
Have to redo alot of stuff, but alot of stuff already has been done by the asset.
Still trying to figure out how everything works, asset swapping, adding my scripts, etc etc.
Maybe 1 month and it becomes playable(beeing able to run around on a map with others and kill monsters at least)
