but same steps on how to make a patcher? can you teach me how to make like that even no design :3

No you will have to change some positions. Like for button, updating bar etc. + resize the patcher

The easiest solution is the code a new one only for you ^^

use the base patchclient, and edit the theme with photoshop, and the button positions with cpp.
