Miqobot | The First FFXIV DX11 Bot

[Miqobot]

Greetings from a little team of players who didn't find everything they needed in existing FFXIV bots, so we started our own. :)



Features

Miqobot is working with DirectX 11!
Never logout from the game anymore, only to switch settings for your bot. Stay queued in Duty Finder while fishing or gathering.

We are still polishing some of the features, but you can already try:

• Fishing. Stormblood 61+ fishing skills are supported. Collectables are supported too!
• Gathering. With flying and swimming in Shadowbringers areas. Hidden items support. Favors support. Designer for 1-80 skill rotations.
• Spearfishing. Swimming shadows support. Automatic gig changing and Veteran Trade support.
• Crafting. Easy macro setup. Full speed rotation.
• Crafting Solver. No macro, no setup, no predetermined logic. Just pure math.
• Desynthesis. Just name the items to desynth.
• 3D Radar. Scan through the landscape for hidden quest items. See all of the gathering nodes around you!
• 3D Editor. Create your navigation grids for gathering and scenario scripts.
• PotD Radar. Coffers, cairns, traps, and Accursed Hoards.
• Monitor. Displays all of the vital data about your character.
• Diadem Treasure Hunt. Find all treasure chests and take all the loot for yourself.
• Squadron Dungeons. Easy leveling. All jobs supported. Gunbreaker and Dancer too!
• Trust Dungeons. 71+ leveling in Shadowbringers!
• Combat Assist. Select an enemy and enjoy the battle.
• MGP Minigames. Out on a Limb and Finer Miner. 600+ MGP per minute.
• Chocobo Racing. Check out the video!
  
  

All within your DirectX 11 client.
And you can safely run the game in the background, Miqobot will be happy anyway.

Miqobot is extremely easy to setup.

• To start fishing, just press the "Start" button.
• To scan for items with 3D Radar, just type some letters into "Filter by Name".
• 3D Editor is also made as friendly as possible to help you quickly setup any custom route. Just try it out!

No hotkeys setup, no special icons placement. Miqobot is smart and adapts to your personal keybinds. And you can even change skill presets on the fly!
You may use 3D Radar to search NPCs, players, monsters, gathering nodes, even ghosts. And new options will be available soon!

Features currently in development:

• Palace of the Dead. Floors 1-10 and 51-60. Deeper levels will be added as well. Heaven-on-High is planned too.
• FATE Grinding. With full flying support. Smart AI selects the best FATE route, based on currently active FATEs and other players doing them.
• Crafting Features. Quick setup for several recipes in a row.
• Triple Triad. A complete database of all cards and NPCs. With a smart AI solver.
• Scenario scripting. For relaxing Legendary Fishing and Unspoiled Gathering.
• Legendary Fish Scenarios ("Of Dragons Deep" Title out of the box).

Features currently under research:

• Duty Finder (Eden Farming as possible option).
• YoRHa Raids. Need a specific piece of gear? Just name it, and Miqobot will queue Dark Apocalypse raids time after time, rolling the gear you need.
• Aethersand Scenarios. Already available in Beta!
• Eureka Grinding.
• Beast Tribes Dailies.
• Lord of Verminion.

Not the first, but maybe the first public. My private bot has supported DX11 since 2 days after Heavensward's release

Not sure about your cursive font, it makes the bot UI hard to mentally parse. Looks like a great start though!

Yeah, you might be right about font, we just want to give UI some informal and friendly feel.
And yes, thank you for correction, guess it was about a week after you when we started supporting DX11 in private. Still, it's nice to know that we are not alone in this challenge.

Not at the moment.
Right now, we aim to release as many feature as possible on DirectX 11, especially the ones coming from new patches in the game.
Besides, there are some awesome bots for DX9 already, right?

Do you plan to release a video and implement forums etc?

Yeah, we've been investigating what could be causing a false positive sometimes. It might take a while, but we realy hope this is just a temporary inconvenience.

Of course.
We are going to post tutorial videos on our website, and an extended help section as well.
And as soon as we gain some community support, there will be forums. :)

Right now, we have an alternative solution to navmesh, which is a navigation graph. It's extremely flexible and very easy to adapt to Heavensward flying environment. We have already released an example for Adamantite in Azys Lla, and you can take a look at it right now. ;)

So far so good, I'm optimistic about your app specifically for DX11 support, but it also seems like it will be really easy to use.

The only thing that isn't working for me on the fishing app, and I may have something set up wrong, is that the collectability value in the log always says "I hold a fish with 0 collectability...". If I set the collectability to zero, then it keeps everything. If I set it to 1 or higher, it discards everything.

I'll definitely be keeping an eye on this project though, it looks promising!

Oh wow, thank you for telling us about that!
There indeed was a bug with fishing, which made Miqobot think that the fish had 0 collectability. Apparently, it came from the changes in patch 3.1.
We have just updated our server, and it should be fixed now. You don't have to download anything, just close Miqobot's window and start it again.

I'll definitely be keeping an eye on this project though, it looks promising!

We have updated Miqobot according to FFXIV latest patch (released today). SO everything is working.

If you have version 1.0.1 - just relaunch Miqobot.
If you have earlier version - you can update Miqobot to latest version by two steps:
1. Download latest version on our site
2. Put new .exe file in the folder containing settings.json (it will not effect your settings so all presets will be same)

Also, with new version Miqobot will automatically inform you about updates.

We have released treasure hunting in Diadem!

When you enter Diadem, there are about 15-20 Buried Chests hidden around the map. If you find them all, you can get as much loot, as for about 90 minutes of grinding dinosaurs. With Miqobot's assistance, getting all the treasure will take you about 15 minutes. Here's a video on how easy it is to find them with Miqobot:

You can exchange that gear for Brass Sky Pirate Spoils. With those Brass Spoils, you can buy top-grade battle materia and 2-star Crafting Mats. Also, this is the only way to get the Pegasus mount!

And as a bonus, we have created a navigation graph for you. It is designed specifically for your Diadem treasure hunt, and it covers a full area of the map. If you make Miqobot fly along this route, with 3D Radar enabled, you won't miss a single Buried Chest! Check the video to see how to setup Miqobot properly.

Also, fishing in Diadem yields you tons of Pterodactyls, which are exteremely expensive on the market right now, due to a huge demand of Pterodactyl Leather for new Crafting Gear. With Miqobot, you can make a fortune in no time, and not even break a sweat!
And as a little bonus, you get about 4-5 Steel Sky Pirate Spoils for each fishing session in Diadem. You can exchange those for Red Scrip gathering mats and top-grade Crafting and Gathering materia. Check our video for details!

And last, but not the least. For all of you guys to be able to test new features in this release, we decided to reset trial catnip, so everybody who already used their own can now get fresh one! Enjoy playing with Miqobot!

You need to have party of at least two people to enter it and to embark on a mission from FC workshop. So just take a friend with you. Good luck!
