I have identified the issue. Will try to post a fix asap.

EDIT: I've uploaded version 2.0.1.1 which should resolve the collectability issue.

NOTE: Auto collection currently only works while standing up.

Collectability minimum for Iluminati Perch doesn't seem to be working in the Hinterlands. Just keeps collecting all of the fish.

How are you reading the collectability? Is there a memory location? If so, an alternative would be to use the chat log. The size of the fish in ilms ultimately determines the collectability. It just needs multiplied by 100. So if I catch a perch at 90.2 ilms, the collectability is 902.

Super excited you are already releasing this function though, I literally jumped out of my chair when I read you added it

The collectability itself isn't the issue, the issue is the dialog box which I have some trouble detecting. Furthermore I believe the chat log only updates once you've accepted or declined the actual fish.

Ah, yes, you are correct. The text doesn't show with the dialog box. Sneaky bastards. I will run cheat engine and see if I can help find something useful.

Some of the Collectible minimum requirement values are 4 digits but we are only able to input 3 in the min collectibility box.

On the latest version 2.0.1.1 the weather settings don't seem to be working. I know they worked on an earlier 2.x build.
I have it set for: Thunder and Thunderstorm.
It just fishes all the time anyway.

Latest version (2.0.1.2) now supports 4 digits.

What are your plans for dx11 support?
I know it was talked about as a future feature.

I'm wondering what your biggest challenge in adding it is and what I/other users with programming experience can do to help you with it.

If development is temporarily on hold then I wouldn't count on it soon. x64 assemblies use RIP-relative addressing so it will require changing all address computations and ditching 32-bit support or maintaining both.

One of the nice to haves is in the log of whats happened when it says accepting or rejecting collectible, if you could put the value that it tried to accept or reject. As some times its flaky and I see items below the collectible still accepted; may help to trouble shoot in the future.

Weather still no go it looks like?

Also if Collectible doesn't work right could there be a switch to turn it off when fishing collectibles?

Other than that looks good to go, gonna test more today.


EDIT: New Version says its Rejecting but is still collecting fish under the number put in the box.

I FOUND THE PROBLEM!

When doing Collectibles the GUI seems to be default to YES instead of NO.

Not Sure this is part is right:
Example, So I say no to one fish, the next fish comes up and IS collectible. So the bot moves over to the left and clicks yes. The next fish comes in that is NOT collectible level and it rejects... so it doesn't move left.... the problem is that its still on the left option which is yes.

So proposed fix, would be develop logic knowing last known collectible state. OR you can use ESC key to close the window... My original idea was to have rejects hit right and then execute\collect but if you get multiple fish under the level you would eventually collect a reject cause it doesn't stop after you . It will keep cycling between yes and no.

So collect should be one left and execute, and then collect, collect, collect the same way it's rejecting. And then for rejects hit ESC instead of the instant collect that its currently doing.

So I am testing as I am writing this.... seems that could be a really simple fix if every collectible is default is yes....

So If Collectible is Collectible = Click Yes (Guessing Enter or Keypad 0)
If Collectible is NOT Collectible = Click ESC

2nd Edit:
OR After doing some more testing... been a slow morning.

Reverse the actions the bot is doing. So if it is collectible treat it the way a reject would and if it is not collectible then move right and hit enter/0. Although ESC I think would be a better option as it would remove any confusion on the bots part.

I have tested by stopping and starting, changing locations, changing jobs and every collectible has defaulted to YES. When I hit Enter/0.

Were you moving your mouse at the time it was trying to do w/e ? I've seen regardless of if i'm in game or not moving the mouse can screw with it ... its trying to go somewhere then you shake the pointer off of it and move it to the other option by mistake.

Ok, so I discovered what my issue was for collectability.

If you are having issues with collecting, please try this.

I had other actions on my hotbar, in addition to the cast, hook, mooch, and quit on 1,2,3,3. I had my bait, food, and some other things filling up my hotbar. I sat and watched my char fishing and noticed that keystrokes were being made to other keys in my hotbar. Most of mine and keybind to number pad keys. So, here is what I did.

Emptied my hot bar, except for the four required actions on 1,2,3, & 4. Reset my keybindings to default for HOTBAR (there is button that says Default).

Tried fishing with collectability on (826 for Perch). Since making the changes, I have yet to keep a fish that is under the minimum.
