Got FUT ban but cant play other gamemodes

So i got an 1 week FUT ban after using a trainer. But i cant play other modes like online seasons or pro clubs ? Is this normal or is there a trick to play the other modes?

thats not fut ban. that is whole acc online access ban. No such thing as 1 week Fut ban

It said in the email that its a one week fut ban and live chat confirmed but i cant access other modes.

naja er hat vollkommen recht ^^ pech gehabt, wer generell sowas bei fifa nutzt, sollte meiner meinung nach komplett ein ban bekommen.
ich mein, es ist fifa, kein wow, kein gw2, etc..

also, einfach abwarten und finger weg von solch sachen (Y)

Richtig, pech gehabt. Danke für die Weisheiten. Ich wollte eigentlich nur wissen warum man trotz fut ban die andren modi nicht spielen kann. Mittlerweile geht es nach anfrage beim ea-kundenservice. Spart euch die Weisheiten bitte
