I bought one day key to try it out then I find out it doesnt work on Win 11 and the Support staff told me I need to downgrade to Win 10. I downgraded to Win 10 but now my one-day key is expired and I cant get a response...

I’m sorry that you had to “find out” that it doesn’t work on Windows 11 when it actually says that we don’t support Windows 11 currently.
