Not much atm that's why i need an Dev/GFX But where planning on somthing cool

Your recruitment post is missing one of, if not the, most important point:
Why would anybody want to work for your sever? What differentiates your server from the others? Why yours?

Still not enough. Why should a qualificated developer help you with your plan? What can you provide?

Imagine you are the developer: Would you help a server not released yet and without knowing anything about it or rather make your own?

He really is trying his best for the server,
But he's not skilled enough for the harder dev things.
So he is looking for a good dev who can do that.
If he's done im sure he will put a nice server online with custom things etc.
But some of you might not have understanded that from the begin.
That's why he's looking for a dev, But ok.

Anyways, Im not the ADM on it, so i cant say anything.
