Time limit: 15 minutes on BCNM. Shouldn't take more then 5 however.
Burning Circle Notorious Monster: Shooting Fish.
Needed: 1 Summoner of lvl 20 or 2 for higher chance to succeed.
tems needed: 1 Yagudo drink for each Summoner. Up to 3 summoners allowed. 1 hi ether. avatar Ramuh. 1cloudy orb per person.
Loot: Thunder spirit pact (semi rare), Mannequin head (100%) and a few other things. Mannequin Head sells for 300k on my server!
Note: Cloudy orb is gotten from an npc in Lower Jeuno.
Location: the BCNM for Shooting Fish is in Horlais Peak. which is through Ghelsba outpost and fort ghelsba. can use
for info on how to get there. dont got much info other then that.Strategy: Ok now that you have found the BCNM in Horlais Peak (at entrance of horlais peak) you need to know what to do!
- Upon entering walk to top of stairs so you dont aggro the 3 pugils.
- Each summoner casts Ramuh then drinks a yagudo drink.
- The summoenr who used the orb to enter uses their two hour ability Astral Flow.
- One of the other summoners attacks middle pugil with ramuh.
- No avatar except the avatar of the summoner using two hour should use a blood pact.
- Summoner with two hour on waits until other Ramuh has attacked the pugil then assaults the pugil with his own.
- Immediately use Judgement Bolt blood pact to take out over half the hp from each pugil. wait until your avatar has died and blood pact is back up.
- Resummon and attack middle one once again.
- Use Judgement Bolt again and all three pugils should die. If not pick off whichever remains.
This battle is a lot easier then it seems if you dont mess up. Mistakes hurt... I've found this out a few times. If things start to go wrong you can run back to the Burning Circle and exit if you are not being attacked. Rinse and repeat for each summoner with an orb.
