It's not a hack, it just tells you how to use a bug in that game. Let me try it and I'll tell if it works and how.

I tried it but it doesn't work for me. Well I'll explain what to do. You are supposed to go to one of your friends house at fix their shower. There should be a bug after the last update so that you can fix the shower unlimited and would get unlimited social points and money. But it doesn't work for me.
