CIS/RU Split Tunnelling no longer working?

I just bought a CIS/RU account and am trying the Windscribe split tunnelling method but nothing is working. I have split tunnelling active and have a rule allowing 104.18.6.148 and 104.18.7.148 both as inclusive. I am trying to connect to ukraine and Moldova. Neither seems to work. Is it patched and im ****** or what advice can yall give pls

You no longer need a VPN for CIS accounts for EFT. They disabled that check a few months ago. For arena, you will need to split tunnel these IPs:
104.18.26.3
104.18.27.3

Wild they removed 'region lock' for CSI accounts...maybe cost wasn't worth it?

the cost was them realizing many people quit the game if they couldn't easily be able to login... they only profit off hackers rebuying the game again and again and again.

I heard that u can get manual banned if u play on CIS region account in EU now,Is that true or isnt smth that i have to worry about.To mention i stopped cheating for now and thats why i asked

Hydra lite is a big one this wipe, has all the features a legit playstyle would need + some rage (silent aim). HMU if you have any questions
