I wouldn't recommend buying lifetime of any kind of product. Sometimes you will get your money's worth if it stays around for a while, but often times the product will get detected or the dev will stop updating or exit. For EFT I personally recommend macho spoofer but you could also just raid0.

Use hwidspoofer from his website. I use it 2 years and works very good. Of course for tarkov :-)

my hwid spoofer works great for all eac and be games

its a temp so means u will have to do it everytime u restart ur pc, but its a 1 click process and takes 3 mins max

Both have been UD for BE for ages.
