is spectrecheats a legit provider?

looking to get into tarkov hacking (legit, not rage) and im still on the search for a legit provider so I stumbled onto spectrecheats. anyone got experience with them and or can recommend other providers?

for 'generic' cheats id stick with xenos' list or a trusted reseller like depshop
for dma cheats you really have to look into it to find providers since they dont seem to advertise too much (which is a good thing imo)
