Cant log into russian/CIS accounts.

For the past month I have tried to login to multiple russian/cis accs. everytime I try it says "you've reached the maximum attempts, try later. I know the info is correct, and I have tried waiting the time and It still gives me the same error. I use proton vpn and have tried on russia and Ukraine and neither work. I am NA btw

Try Exitlag, one of their servers always works for me. You can also get the free trial an unlimited number of times if you can change ur disk serials.

Use burnt nordvpn accounts with OpenVPN, it bypasses the 2fa

When it asks for a certificate just click continue, the profile actually has the cert inside.
