Thats not true.
Yes, its not 100% Undetectable as it was before but saying that its now 100% Detectable is just wrong.
There is a chance of getting Banned, but as far as I know there have been zero Bans in PUBG for the past 2 Years I think with the same tool.

that tool is not the problem. The fact that i have to close the whole EFT client and restart after EVERY raid is ****** up tho.

Here we go, It works fine BUT wont show any players or skav. It will only show ur own position and the designated loot spots.

As we are talking about clutch-solution.com, there is nothing like a decryption toll.
Clutch does only show your own position and the position of loot (at the moment you join the server) it is not getting updated.
It has no function to show other players or scavs.
